Revealing that the 30-year-old regularly ordered English bacon and baked beans for breakfast, Rainer told : "Harry Kane definitely belongs among our top five guests. Just behind the late Queen Elizabeth II. I can say with certainty that he was one of the most beloved long-stay guests that we have ever had."

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Kane's comfortable and luxurious hotel stay – at a reported rate of £3,500 per night – certainly helped make his start to life at Bayern Munich rather easy. The striker has already scored 21 goals in just 15 games in the Bundesliga as well as another four across six appearances in the Champions League.
