The 21-year-old winger and U.S. star began her day at preseason training with the Spirit in normal fashion, with drills and training, but at one point, shenanigans overtook her and the laughs came out! Goalkeeper Aubrey Kingsbury was on her hands and knees, when Rodman sat on top of her and posed for a hilarious photo.

On the fourth photo of the slideshow, Rodman surprises Kingsbury, sitting on her while making a 'lasso motion' like a cowboy and a horse. Rodman then added the post to her Instagram story informing fans that Kingsbury 'did not want this' in hilarious fashion.

The Spirit have been one of, if not the, most active NWSL side this offseason. They signed Barcelona Femeni boss Jonatan Giraldez on a pre-contract agreement to join them in the summer, while also bringing in a plethora of players, including USWNT veteran Casey Kreuger. During the 2024 NWSL draft, they made a handful of trades, which brought them six new draft picks to bring into the squad as well. Most notably, though, they traded star midfielder and USWNT player Ashley Sanchez to the North Carolina Courage for the fifth overall pick in the draft and $250,000 in allocation money.

The NWSL side are currently in preseason mode, with their 2024 campaign set to begin this March. Although exact dates and matchups have not been set, the Spirit are gearing up for what is set to be an exhilarating campaign. Then, it's a months-long waiting game for their new manager to arrive.
